VAERS undercounting COVID vaccine adverse events

Gateway PunditDr. Mollie James, the courageous COVID whistleblower who has come forward denouncing the Biden vaccine mandates, has shockingly claimed that the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System, known as VAERS, the national database that tracks complications and side effects from vaccines, is so widely underused that the real number of COVID vaccine complications is more than 100 times what is currently being reported.

People have said to me, "You should get vaccinated because the risk of an adverse event from the vaccine, while higher than many other vaccines, is still lower than the risk from COVID." This may be true, if the information we have about vaccine risk is accurate. I take the position that the risk of COVID is relatively low for me personally, and the risk of taking the vaccine is currently unknown, particularly over the long term and with multiple boosters as COVID variants develop.

My position, therefore, on both the vaccines and COVID mitigation policies (masks, lockdowns, etc) is simple.

Stop lying to me about the data, and then we can talk about whether your strategies make any sense. Until the lying stops, I will not comply.

Comparing BLM/Antifa riots to the Jan 6th events by legal outcomes

RealClearInvestigationsThe summer 2020 riots resulted in some 15 times more injured police officers, 30 times as many arrests, and estimated damages in dollar terms up to 1,300 times more costly than those of the Capitol riot. George Floyd rioters were found to have used more sophisticated and dangerous tactics than did the Capitol rioters, and in some cases weapons of greater lethality.

Authorities have pursued the largely Trump-supporting Capitol rioters with substantially more vigor than suspected wrongdoers in the earlier two cases. Many accused Capitol rioters, unlike accused participants in the other riots, have been held in pretrial detention for months – with one defendant serving more time than the maximum sentence for the charge to which he pleaded guilty. Some allegedly endured solitary confinement and other mistreatment.

With authorities applying lenient prosecutorial standards in many major cities torn by the summer riots, the vast majority of charges last year were dismissed, as were charges in the Inauguration 2017 unrest. Charges have to date been dropped in only a single Capitol riot case.

There's really no comparison. The BLM people walked. The Jan 6th people were caught up with FBI agent provocateurs and are still in prison.

Nunes discusses the Durham indictment

Conservative TreehouseAn optimistic Congressman Devin Nunes reacts to latest developments in the Durham probe, the indictment of Perkins Coie and Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussmann making a false statement to the FBI.

"Only the first of several other indictments" is what Nunes is hoping for. I hope for that, too. But I don't necessarily expect it.

AZ audit team gets access to Maricopa county routers in settlement

Gateway PunditMaricopa County has agreed to settle with the Arizona Senate and allow them to perform a joint-led audit of the County routers, Splunk logs, and dominion software.

This means that the 1487 complaint filed by Arizona State Senator Sonny Borrelli worked, forcing the county to comply with the Senate’s original and ongoing request for router access, on sight at the County buildings.

Looks like the AZ audit team will get access to the routers, albeit mediated through a third party. A suspicious mind would wonder if they finally managed to delete the data they needed to hide. The settlement agreement allowing access does, unfortunately, come with a limited date range, so I wonder if there is something after the end of that range that Maricopa County wants to hide (such as attempts to access the system after the election to delete data, which IIRC CyberNinjas implied was a possibility on the systems they did have access to).

FDA rejects Pfizer boosters

Conservative TreehouseThe Food and Drug Administration (FDA) advisory group who evaluate the efficacy and safety of vaccines have rejected the request for Pfizer booster shots. However, the White House -desperately trying to push as many needle jabs as possible- was already on track to being giving booster shots this month. The implication here is that the White House was not following the recommendations of the FDA or the science.

The COVID control narrative is falling apart, it seems. We'll see if the employee mandates also fall apart, or just never materialize with legal force.

The meaning of the FDA resignations

BrownstoneHow significant is it that the two top FDA officials responsible for vaccine research resigned last week and this week signed a letter in The Lancet that strongly warns against vaccine boosters? This is a remarkable sign that the project of government-managed virus mitigation is in the final stages before falling apart.

The booster has already been promoted by top lockdown advocates Neil Ferguson of Imperial College and Anthony Fauci of NIH, even in the face of rising public incredulity toward their “expert” advice. For these two FDA officials to go on record with grave doubts – and their perspective is certainly backed by the unimpressive booster experience in Israel – introduces a major break in the narrative that the experts in charge deserve our trust and deference.

What’s at stake here? It’s about more than the boosters. It’s about the whole experience of taking away the control of health management from individuals and medical professionals and handing it over to modelers and government officials with coercive power.

The bottom line: The vaccines don't work, the boosters don't work, and taking them may cause harm.

AZ election audit conclusions

Dr Shiva:
17K mail-in ballots with issues (duplicates, no signatures, etc), with escalating numbers of issues after the official election day. The escalating issues indicate a wave of fraud as the election day totals were known and fraud actors had to backfill in a hurry.

Another roughly 40k questionable ballots

Ben Cotton:
Security logs intentionally deleted with suspicious timing
Hundreds of thousands of files deleted
SQL logs indicate general election results purged from the database the day before the audit
Ballot images corrupt or missing
Remote access and terminal access are enabled
Anomalous port listening activity
Significant internet history in deleted files, also the day before the audit
Some bad actors in deletion of records identified from video

Ben Cotton conclusion:
The election was not secure. No accountability; a failed audit.

57k ballots total with known issues.

Statutes were broken.

AZ AG will investigate.

"Based on the audit the results of the 2020 election in Arizona should never have been certified."

Hospital forced to fire 200 employees over vaccine mandate

The College FixIU Health, the largest health care provider in Indiana, has announced it suspended close to 300 employees who have not been vaccinated against COVID-19 or have not gotten an exemption.

The provider specified Friday it was “approximately 280” individuals who were suspended on Wednesday. The suspension is to last two weeks, during which those employees can either get the vaccine or request an exemption. Those who have not complied with the company’s vaccine mandate after the two-week suspension are to be fired.

The Biden administration is protecting our health care system... by forcing hospitals to fire their staff.

Analyzing the Durham indictment

Gateway PunditI do not think that Durham is just mentioning this for color. It is far more serious. He is laying the predicate for further charges. For now, the FBI and DOJ executives involved in the plot to feed the narrative about Trump and Russia are not in the cross hairs. I know that most of the readers of this blog believe correctly that they should be. It remains to be seen.

For now, based on this indictment, I expect we will see indictments of the Tech Executive, Fusion GPS’s Glenn Simpson, former Perkins Coie partner Marc Elias and at least two people from the Clinton Campaign. At this point, Durham is making that case that those people were responsible for “misleading” the FBI. But it begs the question, is the FBI really so stupid and gullible that they would blindly accept bullshit without checking it out first?

Another optimist who sees more indictments coming.

I think more indictments are possible, but likely only of figures outside the current administration and FBI/DOJ. All the key figures who abused their power here are either wrist-slapped and retired or still in place. Durham may be hoping for a break from someone on the outside to make a slam-dunk case against bigger fish.

It's worth noting that one of the potential big fish is Jake Sullivan, named in the indictment as Clinton's foreign policy advisor, and current National Security Advisor to Biden.

Let me be one of the first to stay that Sussman did not kill himself.

True the Vote investigation has evidence of ballot harvesting operations

UncoverDCTrue The Vote may soon publicly release their alleged video evidence of ballot harvesting in the 2020 election. An Aug. 29 statement from Catherine Engelbrecht says the ballot trafficking initiative is “one of three investigations undertaken by True the Vote and … is just the beginning.” UncoverDC referred to the ballot trafficking project in an article on Aug. 24.

The updated message on the True The Vote website explains that “a select team of contractors and set out to determine whether widespread ballot trafficking was occurring as part of an organized criminal enterprise.” Suspicions of purposeful and planned ballot trafficking capitalizing on mass mail-in voting and the “harried installation of ballot drop boxes” prompted the group to “focus on the grifts that would necessarily leave trackable, provable data trails.”

It sounds like the folks at True The Vote are keeping this mostly under the radar, and have developed substantial evidence of criminal activity. Whether the FBI will do anything about it remains to be seen -- I don't expect them to -- but the evidence could be provided to (and arguably should have started with) local and state police forces. The FBI is compromised by DC politics, but the state agencies may not be.

I will be watching further developments here with interest.

Biden cuts off COVID treatments to Republican states

DivemedicThe Biden Administration, through the Federal Department of Health and Human Services, has cut off the shipment of monoclonal antibodies to Texas, Florida, Mississippi, Tennessee, Georgia, Louisiana and Alabama because of a claimed shortage. The federal government and mainstream media are promoting the restriction as “staving off shortages” due to “dwindling supplies.”

However, you will note that all seven of the states have Republican governors. One of those, Florida, is the governor that Biden threatened just last week.

It's not about COVID. It's about control.

Hospital closures already starting because of vaccine mandate

Just The NewsThe CEO of a hospital in Texas is cautioning that his facility is facing possible closure following President Biden's announcement last week that healthcare workers will be required to receive the Covid-19 vaccination.

If the mandate takes effect, the Brownfield Regional Medical Center will likely lose 20-25% of its staff, according to CEO Jerry Jasper. Without those employees, the hospital will likely shut down.

Already in upstate New York, an official for one hospital said the facility is going to have to close down its maternity unit for the time being because so many employees resigned over former Governor Andrew Cuomo's vaccine mandate for healthcare workers. The mandate was temporarily halted on Tuesday by a federal judge in New York.

Democrats really do have trouble predicting the second and third order consequences of their stupid policy ideas. Mandate vaccines for everyone, especially people working in health care, to keep the hospitals operating rather than overflowing from COVID? Great! But now it's uh-oh they don't want the vaccines so much they their jobs in healthcare, and the hospitals have to shut down.

New "compromise" election bill is still a fraud-enabling takeover of elections

ABC NewsSenate Democrats on Tuesday introduced their latest version of a sweeping election reform bill to counter the record-number of voting restrictions that have passed in GOP-led states, which they say make it harder for minorities and low-income Americans to cast a ballot.

The modified bill, now known as The Freedom to Vote Act, is a compromise after the previous For The People Act failed to pass in the Senate last June.

Significantly, the new bill was crafted by a group that included moderate Sen Joe Manchin, a key swing vote, after he opposed an earlier version of the legislation charging that it was too broad and lacked bipartisan support.

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., promised a vote on the bill next week, most likely a procedural vote to break an expected GOP filibuster.

Schumer calls it a compromise, Manchin is involved, and McConnell is talking tough but doesn't have the votes to block it if Manchin is onboard and the filibuster is not in play. The legislation would require mail-in voting upon request (which, by itself, will enable massive fraud). This is simply a very slightly watered down takeover attempt and needs to be blocked. But can we block it and preserve honest elections run by the state legislatures?

The Dems are terrified that their fraud is going to be exposed, and this is their solution.

It must not pass.

AZ Audit report presented today 1pm EST

Just The NewsTen months after the bitterly contested 2020 election, the Arizona Senate's long-anticipated forensic audit of ballots in the state's largest county will be released Friday during a live-streaming event certain to rekindle the passionate debate in America over voting integrity.

Senate President Karen Fann, a Republican, will be briefed at 1 p.m. EDT in public on the findings from Cyber Ninjas and CyFIR, two contractors hired by the Senate to inspect voting machines and review the 2.1 million ballots cast in Maricopa County, home to the city of Phoenix.

Ken Bennett discusses what to expect. Trump has two statements (first one). The media has a draft report and is saying it confirms a Biden win.

AZ election canvass report is out

UncoverDCThe Maricopa County canvassing results are now published. Biden allegedly won by 10,457 votes in Arizona, yet, the report shows 173,104 “lost votes” and “96,389” ghost votes. Liz Harris, who spearheaded the canvass, appeared on Bannon’s War Room on Wednesday with Seth Keshel weighing in with his own data and his interpretation of the canvass data.

As reported by UncoverDC, Harris trained hundreds of volunteers to go door-to-door to canvass “vacant lots, hotels, county buildings, apartment complexes with no corresponding apartment number, abandoned properties, non-existent addresses, homes for elderly, churches, sports arenas, homeless shelters, native American reservations.” The independently-run grassroots canvass is a crucial piece in the puzzle for election integrity because it seeks to reconcile the voter database with the voter rolls. A simple count of votes does not necessarily reflect the will of the voters.

This is an effect distinct from the forensic audit report we are still waiting on. However, the results are still quite troubling, with some true horror stories of votes that went missing and dozens of votes from vacant lots or other invalid addresses. The only major flaw is that their headline numbers are based on extrapolation from a much smaller sample. I'll let statisticians argue over whether the extrapolation is sound or not. The results strongly suggest massive fraud was in play, more than enough by an order of magnitude to swing the election results.

Wisconsin election integrity update

UncoverDCWisconsin awaits the resolution of multiple ongoing election integrity efforts. An election processes audit by its Legislative Audit Bureau that Republicans had ordered in February, an investigation initiated by Republican Speaker of the State Assembly Robin Vos, and a battle over attempts to subpoena election materials for a full forensic audit are ongoing. The state government has enacted legislation for election reform, and the Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC) has removed ~200,000 inactive voters from the rolls.

Republican Representative Timothy Ramthun describes the differences between the three audit efforts on episode 28 of his Ramthun Report. He warns that “there are major efforts to cloud the truth” of the various audits, described in his video as “a genuine effort to mislead and confuse everyone.” He calls State Representative Janel Brandtjen’s subpoena effort “the one true AZ style transparent full cyber and forensic audit that people are demanding.”

Just a chance to catch up on what is happening in Wisconsin.

Fulton County to name Abrams' linked lobbyist to election board

Just The NewsGeorgia's largest county is prepared to name a paid lobbyist for liberal voting rights activist Stacey Abrams' group to be the next chairwoman of its election board, drawing immediate condemnation from the state's top election official.

Fulton County's Board of Commissioners confirmed Tuesday it is considering hiring Cathy Woolard, a former Atlanta city council president and mayoral candidate, as the next county election's board chairwoman. A vote is expected as early as Wednesday, according to the commission's meeting docket.

This is basically an open admission that the county wants maximum vote fraud. Abrams was already heavily involved behind the scenes in counting the votes in 2020, and now they want to put her in charge.

Not that Raffensperger's hands are clean either. He's in the "try to redeem my reputation with the base" phase.

Israeli health minister admits vaccine passports are not medically necessary

Zerohedge“Imposing “green pass” rules on certain venues is needed only to pressure members of the public to get vaccinated, and not for medical reasons, Israeli Health Minister Nitzan Horowitz said on Sunday, ahead of the weekly Cabinet meeting,” reports Jewish News Syndicate.

I think we need a constitutional amendment forbidding the enforcement of any policy that is solely intended to pressure citizens into taking some other, supposedly voluntary, action.

Fauci's modified viruses more dangerous

Daily SignalAmerican and Chinese researchers funded by Dr. Anthony Fauci’s federal agency created viruses in a Wuhan lab that exhibited over 10,000 times higher viral load in humanized mice than the natural viruses they were based on, another expert in infectious diseases says, citing newly released documents.

The U.S. nonprofit group EcoHealth Alliance notified Fauci’s National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases in two reports that between June 2017 and May 2018 it had created three lab-generated chimeric SARS-related coronaviruses in China that exhibited “significantly higher” viral loads, documents first reported by The Intercept show. But Fauci’s agency continued to fund the project with taxpayer dollars without flagging it for review by an independent committee created in late 2017 to oversee so-called gain-of-function research.

Fauci's support for this dangerous research should disqualify him from any position of trust ever again. Hell, it probably should put him in jail, considering he was funding Chinese bioweapon research.

Censorship and the cancel campaigns

Daily SignalWhen White House press secretary Jen Psaki said that people who spread “misinformation” “shouldn’t be banned from one platform and not others,” she revealed the left’s chilling plan for censoring content that goes against the left’s narrative.

It is becoming increasingly clear that political leaders on the left and Big Tech are joining arms to not just deplatform dissident voices from social media, but to bar them from the digital space entirely, including from having the ability to make and receive payments online.

In the latest example, Chase Bank reportedly planned to close the credit card account of former national security adviser Michael Flynn on Sept. 18, stating that “continuing the relationship creates possible reputational risk to our company.” While as of Aug. 31, a Chase spokesperson said that they had “made an error and apologized for any inconvenience caused,” the initial gesture can’t be ignored.

The claim that government wasn't involved in these cancel campaigns has been shattered. The Obama administration pioneered the efforts with Operation Chokepoint, which basically tried to get banks and the financial industry to "voluntarily" (under threat by their regulatory agencies) deny service to the gun industry. Now that's been expanded to deny access to social media and any speech or financial platform for, basically, everyone the left doesn't liked on whatever thinly veiled excuse they can come up with. If you're a CEO or a high level corporate officer, better not speak out or you will be hounded out of your job, or have your bank cancel your accounts, or whatever else they can come up with. And in many cases, there's a hidden hand of government applying pressure behind the scenes.

That should violate the 1st Amendment, but if it's kept secret, how would you ever know?

But the government actors are becoming more and more open about their censorship.

It's absolutely clear that we are on the road to a totalitarian society, and we're nearing the destination.

PA issues dubious election subpoenas

Just The NewsThe Pennsylvania Senate’s top ranking Republican said Friday the commission spearheading an election investigation should issue subpoenas as soon as possible.

Senate President Pro Tempore Jake Corman, R-Bellefonte, told the Senate Intergovernmental Operations Committee to convene Monday for a vote on the matter. The instruction comes after the Department of State stood up the panel’s invitation to testify at the probe’s inaugural hearing on Thursday.

It turns out they voted to issue the subpoenas, but they may not even be necessary, and didn't include ballots. So what is the point, if not to pretend to audit the election to shut people up about it?

There is a new effort at legislative election reform in PA including voter ID.

Texas passes law protecting free speech on social media

UPISept. 10 (UPI) -- Texas Gov. Greg Abbott signed into law a bill that prohibits large social media companies from banning users over their political opinions, attracting the criticism of free speech activists.

House Bill 20 targets social media companies with more than 50 million monthly users, such as Facebook, Twitter and YouTube, and aims to prevent them from banning users over their politics. It also requires the companies to disclose their content management and moderation policies and implement a complaint and appeals process for content they remove.

"Freedom of speech is under attack in Texas," Abbott said Thursday in a recorded statement. "There is a dangerous movement by some social media companies to silence conservative ideals and values. This is wrong and we will not allow it in Texas."

Somehow, that first paragraph was written without irony. "Free-Speech activists" oppose a law that prevents banning users based on their political opinions? The rest of the article is, if anything, worse -- conflating political opinions with obscenity and all the usual boogeymen.

Judge awards $200K in legal costs against Sidney Powell

Daily MailMichigan officials are demanding more than $200,000 in legal fees from pro-Trump lawyers led by Sidney Powell who unsuccessfully tried to overturn the 2020 election result with a lawsuit dismissed as full of conspiracies, it emerged on Thursday.

Last month, U.S. District Judge Linda Parker ruled that state and local election officials could claim reimbursement of their legal fees.

Sometimes legal fees get awarded, usually when the case that was brought is considered to be not only a losing case but such a bad case that it must have been brought in bad faith. The amount seems large, but likely isn't exceptional. The real question is whether the case was actually meritless, or if the judge -- appointed by Obama -- is merely exercising poor judgement about a politically charged situation.

Biden's vaccine mandate

It appears Biden has chosen to declare war on the 80 million Americans who have so far refused to take the COVID vaccine. He has done this by issuing an unconstitutional and unethical mandate requiring almost every worker in the United States to take the vaccine or be fired. This will undoubtedly be followed by continuing requirements to take booster shots for new variants on a regular basis, although whether those boosters will be effective against new variants is open to doubt and will likely remain untested.

Oh, and OSHA won't track negative health outcomes from these vaccines that are mandated by employers so there is no corporate liability. And if the vaccines don't work, your doctor isn't allowed to tell you on pain of losing his license to practice medicine. Things that work don't need lies.

Wisconsin Special Counsel demands evidence retention

Just The NewsSpecial Counsel and former Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Mike Gableman is attempting to prevent the potential destruction of evidence pertaining to the 2020 presidential election in the state.

Gableman reminded the Wisconsin Election Commission via letter of its duty to prevent the tampering and destruction of evidence.

"I hereby request that you and your office preserve any and all records and evidence [...] including but not limited to information retained on any and all voting machine," including "metadata, router information, and/or access logs," he wrote.

The Wisconsin attorney took it upon himself to send the letter as concerns mount that updates to election machines could corrupt or destroy critical evidence and information relating to the ways in which the 2020 election was conducted in the state. Gableman notes that such tampering would interfere with the Office of Special Counsel's investigation.

This may well be too late, but it gives me hope we may get an actual audit in Wisconsin.
