Police were at Uvalde scene within 5 minutes but waited an hour to act

Gateway PunditAccording to multiple reports, the shooter, Salvador Ramos, spent more than 40 minutes inside as loved ones and onlookers begged the police to charge into the building.

Police arrived 4 minutes after the shooting began, but Ramos continued on with his killing spree virtually uninterrupted.

A report by the Austin American-Statesman shows Uvalde police were in the hallway of Robb Elementary School with rifles and at least one ballistic shield within ten minutes of the start of the mass shooting by Salvador Ramos.

And police hid behind that shield while children died.

The police will not save you. That is why we have the 2nd Amendment, as the Supreme Court recently affirmed. Every American has the god-given and Constitutionally-protected right to save himself.

Even WHO head admits covid came from Wuhan lab

Daily MailThe head of the World Health Organisation privately believes the Covid pandemic started following a leak from a Chinese laboratory, a senior Government source claims.

While publicly the group maintains that ‘all hypotheses remain on the table’ about the origins of Covid, the source said Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, director-general of the World Health Organisation (WHO), had recently confided to a senior European politician that the most likely explanation was a catastrophic accident at a laboratory in Wuhan, where infections first spread during late 2019.

So why are they so reluctant to say this publicly?

Is it because the next question is whether it was a deliberate release?

Vaccine effect on sperm counts?

Gateway PunditAccording to a recently released medical study, in a group of 37 sperm donors, across 220 samples collected, the impact of the mRNA COVID vaccine, BNT162b2 produced by Pfizer, caused men to experience a drop in fertility of more than 20%.

For more than two years now, experts have tried to deny that the FDA-approved Pfizer vaccine might impact fertility in both men and women.

Small sample size, but still troubling.

Ghislane Maxwell will not have killed herself

Fox News“One of the female inmates in Ms Maxwell’s housing unit told at least three other inmates that she had been offered money to murder Ms Maxwell and that she planned to strangle her in her sleep,” the filing read, adding that the inmate claimed the payment had been worth “an additional 20 years’ incarceration.”

If we had real law enforcement, this sort of thing would be investigated, and the people offering money for murdering a potential witness would end up in prison. Instead, she is put on suicide watch, just as Epstein was when he didn't kill himself. Conveniently, this also denies her writing material she could use to write down her client list from memory...

Democrats trying to pass an assault weapons ban

Gateway PunditOn Wednesday, the House Judiciary Committee moved a bill forward that would ban assault weapons, but it’s unclear if the legislation has enough support to pass a floor vote.

After an hours-long markup, the committee approved, in a 25-18 vote, the Assault Weapons Ban of 2021. The bill, sponsored by Democrat Rep. David Cicilline

HR 1808 is coming to a vote.

It looks like 212 or 218 needed, so a close vote. There are always a few Republican squishes available, though. Call your House representatives and do it fast. They moved the red flag bill through the Senate at lightning speed to avoid gun owners making their voices heard.

More information on the law. That link has videos and (in small print) the legislative text.

We can't rely on the Senate to stop this, as red flag laws recently passed with Republican support. Contact your representatives. Be persuasive.

We may get a vote on this today. Pelosi lost her first attempt to whip votes, but she thinks she has them now.

UPDATE: Passed the House.

Anti-Trump car crashes into Trump merchandise store

Just The NewsPolice in Massachusetts are investigating an accident Thursday evening in which a car with an anti-Trump bumper stick crashed through the glass window of a pro-Trump store in the town of Easton.

The Easton Police Department has posted A video of the incident on its Facebook page that shows a black Volkswagen Jetta smashing through the front window of the store, which sells pro-President Trump merchandise.

Another fraudulent election in Fulton County

EmeraldToday I’ve got exclusive coverage of Fulton County elections — and the obvious fraud being conducted in Georgia using Dominion Voting machines. That’s because I’ve obtained documents from a source who has been in contact with Fulton County election officials, and those documents show that the claims made by Fulton County’s IT Director (and ex-Dominion Voting Systems employee and Nigerian citizen) Dominic Olomo are clearly false.

That the administrator of elections there is from Nigerian should be a very big red flag. There is clearly a strong culture of fraud there.

About that voter fraud that doesn't exist...

AG PaxtonTexas Attorney General Ken Paxton announced his office’s latest election integrity prosecution in Victoria County. Monica Mendez of Port Lavaca pleaded guilty to 26 felony counts of voter fraud, including three counts of illegal voting, eight counts of election fraud, seven counts of assisting a voter to submit a ballot by mail, and eight counts of unlawful possession of a mail ballot. Mendez ran a vote-harvesting operation on behalf of a subsidized housing corporation in order to influence the outcome of a utility board election.

After Mendez entered a guilty plea on all 26 counts and confirmed in court that all counts could be proven beyond a reasonable doubt, District Judge Eli Garza sentenced Mendez to five years’ deferred adjudication probation.

I do note that Paxton appears to be going after the small fry, not anyone with national connections...

The Jan 6th plans

CBS NewsIn the week leading up to the Jan. 6 Capitol assault, Proud Boys leader Enrique Tarrio received a nine-page memo titled "1776 Returns" that laid out detailed plans to occupy congressional office buildings to protest the counting of the Electoral College votes from the 2020 presidential election.

The memo, which was filed in court as part of a recent motion made by one of Tarrio's co-defendants, outlined a goal to "maintain control over as select few, but crucial buildings in the DC area for a set period of time, presenting our demands in unity."

The existence of the 1776 Returns document was revealed when Tarrio was first indicted earlier this year on conspiracy charges. Prosecutors alleged Tarrio, who has now been charged with seditious conspiracy and pleaded not guilty, was allegedly sent the document by an unknown individual. After sending Tarrio the document, the individual allegedly stated, "The revolution is important than anything," to which investigators say Tarrio replied, "That's what every waking moment consists of...I'm not playing games."

Like Divemedic, I'm betting the person who sent that document is "unknown" because that person is an FBI agent or informant.

Biden Admin making life hard for gun owners

The Truth About GunsApparently not content with its efforts so far to make gun ownership more difficult and expensive for America’s 100 million firearm owners, a source tells TTAG that the Biden administration is taking steps to reduce the availability of .223/5.56 ammunition available to the average shooter.

A person with knowledge of the situation tells us that, more than just “considering” the move, Winchester, which operates the US Army’s Lake City ammunition plant, has been informed that it may no longer sell M855 and SS109 ammunition produced in excess of the military’s needs on the civilian market.

Behind the BlackThe Biden administration has increased its forced closures of legal gun stores by more than 500%, often revoking licenses for minor reasons such as typos.

Gateway PunditA group of Democrats, led by Virginia Congressman Don Breyer, are backing a proposed 1000% tax on assault weapons.

Breyer pointed to the recent mass shootings in Buffalo, Uvalde, and Tulsa while introducing the Assault Weapons Excise Act to the United States House of Representatives.

Breyer then took to Twitter to express his views and purpose for the outrageous tax proposal. He noted, “Right after he turned 18, the Uvalde shooter bought an AR-15 model rifle for $1,870. A week later he killed 19 children and 2 teachers. Under my legislation had that gun would cost $18,700, obviously making it significantly harder to acquire.”

On top of recently passed red flag laws and other proposed assault weapons bans.

New Mexico pressuring Otero Cty to certify invalid election results

Just The NewsA New Mexico county has been ordered by the state Supreme Court to certify its primary election results and threatened with legal action by the state attorney general after the county commissioners refused to do so over concerns about Dominion vote-counting machines.

The three Republican members of the Otero County Commission, in their role as the county canvassing board, decided to not certify the June 7 primary results because of their distrust of the Dominion machines, the Associated Press reported. The commissioners also voted last week to recount the ballots by hand, discontinue using the Dominion machines, and remove ballot drop boxes.

What's the point of having local elected officials if they aren't allowed to actually make any decisions?

Government employees didn't bother "working" from home

Free BeaconIn the first months of the coronavirus pandemic, a quarter of employees at the federal government's top health agency failed to even check their emails as they worked remotely, according to internal documents obtained by the Washington Free Beacon.

An estimated 25 percent of Department of Health and Human Services employees neglected to log on to the agency's software suite, which includes their email, work files, video conference calls, and other applications needed to perform remote work, according to the internal documents. The report, commissioned by then-HHS chief of staff Brian Harrison, measured employees' inactivity on a day-to-day basis between March 2020 and December 2020. The documents, portions of which were leaked by a whistleblower to the Functional Government Initiative and reviewed by the Free Beacon, state that all HHS employees had secure access to these accounts to work remotely.

Federal employees have begun to return to the office in recent months, but the Biden administration has explored ways to make pandemic telework policies permanent. The effort is backed by House Democrats, who on Wednesday advanced a bill that would require agencies to provide advance notice to Congress and the Office of Personnel Management if they want workers to return to the office.

Harrison, now a Republican state representative in Texas, said he grew concerned in the early months of the pandemic that lenient telework policies led to inefficient output from employees. He said he began to track office attendance and found fewer than 10 percent of employees showed up at certain points in 2020. The discovery led him to conduct a comprehensive review of how much remote work employees were doing.

I don't find this surprising at all. I do find it infuriating, and I wonder if perhaps we can use this list of people who didn't even bother to check their email for months while working from home as a list of people to fire.

We are already in a revolutionary period

Meaning In HistoryThe drive of a radical minority to suppress dissent from its positions and to drive the majority of the population from all positions of responsibility in societal institutions and professions, certainly appears to be a revolutionary goal. Not long ago Zhou/Brandon “joked” on TV about jailing his political opponents—with no outrage apparent from the MSM. When the rhetoric is coupled with the deployment of actual violence against dissenters, with different standards of criminal justice applied to discrete political groupings, we have arguably moved into an active and developing pre-revolutionary situation. November 2022 is a time period to watch.

It started when the Democrats stole the presidential election in 2020, if not even earlier in 2016 when the Deep State decided to undermine Trump.

The Democrats are still frauding

Gateway PunditOn Tuesday, Radical Democrat Rep. Karen Bass (CA) leapfrogged billionaire developer Rick Caruso – a Republican turned independent, who then turned Democrat – in the primary race for mayor of Los Angeles after a flurry of mail-in votes caused a massive eight-point swing in the voting results.

Caruso, who is running as a political outsider promising to fix homelessness and crime in the city and was leading the race by five points following the initial tally from in-person polls, is now trailing the extremely ‘progressive’ Bass by -3 with roughly 33% of the vote (245,000 ballots) left to count.

Many of the remaining ballots are mail-ins.

I guess it's a good sign that even in California they are being forced to do it obviously.

FDA recommending vaccines for toddlers

Gateway PunditThe U.S. Food and Drug advisory committee on Wednesday voted in favor of authorizing the use of Moderna’s experimental Covid-19 vaccine for children 6 months through 5 years of age.

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) conducted a meeting of its Vaccines and Related Biological Products Advisory Committee (VRBPAC) to discuss the Moderna EUA request for a COVID-19 vaccine for 6 months through 5 years of age and Pfizer-BioNTech EUA request for 6 months through 4 years of age.

The recommendation was the first of two votes called by the FDA vaccine advisors. Later this afternoon, the same committee will also evaluate the experimental Pfizer Covid-19 vaccine for children ages 6 months to 4 years.

Remember, the actual disease doesn't do a damn thing to children of that age, absent pre-existing serious health issues. In fact, it may well make things worse. So why is a vaccine needed, especially one that will only make things worse?

WHO trying to start a monkeypox panic

UncoverDCThe World Health Organization (WHO) announced Tuesday that it would convene an emergency committee next week to assess whether the current spread of monkeypox constitutes a Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC). The announcement follows the spread of the disease in at least 32 new countries outside the nine African countries where it is endemic.

There's a saying that applies here. "Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me."

I don't think anyone is going to be fooled twice by this, but that might not stop governments trying to impose their "solutions".

A serious Republican budget proposal?

Just The NewsThe House Republican Study Committee believes its new budget proposal can balance the federal budget in 7 years, in part by wiping out funding for programs near and dear to liberals such as the National Endowment for the Arts.

The RSC budget includes $16.6 trillion in savings over a 10-year period, according to the text of the proposal, The Blueprint to Save America.

The committee, the ideas arm for the House GOP, finds taxpayer savings in part by eliminating the NEA and the National Endowment for the Humanities, eliminating subsidies for the the John F. Kennedy Center of the Arts, the National Labor Relations Board, reducing funding for the Environmental Protection Agency, and prohibiting taxpayer funding for Obama-era school-lunch standards.

The committee's budget proposal also would eliminate funding for the D.C. metro system, ban federal funding of Amtrak and stop issuing taxpayer-funded EPA grants. The budget also calls for a "fully funded border wall" as well as reinstating "the effective Remain in Mexico Policy" as well as closing asylum loopholes. Biden ended Remain in Mexico after taking office. Under the Trump-era policy, illegal immigrants seeking asylum at the U.S.-Mexico border would have to wait in Mexico until a court hearing to determine their fates.

It'll be serious right up until the moment it has a chance of passing.

Are Republicans finally getting serious about illegal immigration?

Just The NewsRep. Scott DesJarlais (R-Tenn.) said that food stamps are going to most people who are crossing the southern border, despite denials from Democrats.

DesJarlais told the John Solomon Reports podcast on Tuesday that, while Democrats claim food stamps, or SNAP benefits as they are formally known, only go to minors, asylum seekers, and refugees — most of the people entering the U.S. fit into those categories.

"According to the Biden administration, the USDA, it's very difficult" for border-crossers to obtain SNAP benefits, he said. "But if you look at the list of reasons and exclusions of those who can get it, it includes about everyone crossing the border today.

"Nobody comes here just saying, 'Ah, I thought I'd give your country a try.' They're all seeking asylum and that automatically qualifies you — or a refugee status, or if you're 18 or younger, you qualify. So pretty much most people do qualify for food stamps, despite the denials in the — really, the Democrat side of the committee and the USDA."

I don't know how serious they really are, but some of them are at least starting to say the right things. But I'm cynical enough to expect that this sort of talk will disappear as quickly as the budget proposal should the Republicans actually gain enough power to get anything done.

FBI blacklisting conservatives

Behind The BlackBlacklists are back and the Democrats have got ’em: According to numerous whistleblowers talking to the office of Congressman Jim Jordan (R-Ohio), the FBI has been aggressively blacklisting any employee who happens to express any conservative opinions at all.

Jordan detailed the most recent actions in a June 7th letter [pdf] to Chris Wray, director of the FBI, which was also a follow-up on another such letter sent in May.

They are preparing the ground for an even more politicized FBI, which is absolutely terrifying.

Domestic terrorism from the left

Washington Examiner“Roske stated that he began thinking about how to give his life a purpose and decided that he would kill the Supreme Court Justice after finding the Justice's Montgomery County address on the Internet,” the affidavit said. “Roske further indicated that he had purchased the Glock pistol and the other items for the purpose of breaking into the Justice’s residence and killing the Justice as well as himself.”

This assassination attempt was not a spur-of-the-moment crime of passion. Roske traveled all the way from California. He came to Kavanaugh’s home well equipped with burglary gear. But if you think this story is horrifying, it’s actually worse than you think. The assassination attempt is part of a growing string of acts of violence, intimidation, and domestic terrorism targeting pro-life groups and conservative public figures following the Supreme Court leak.

These aren’t random, isolated events. They are part of a well-established pattern, a seemingly coordinated campaign by presumably left-wing agitators who are as intent on causing harm and violence as they say they are.

... And yet the FBI investigates parents complaining about their school boards, and ignores Antifa and pro-abortion groups burning down buildings.

The Democrats have no respect for free speech

Conservative TreehouseFor former EPA Administrator Gina McCarthy, the current senior climate and energy policy advisor within the White House, all of these ‘in your face‘ surfacing Green New Deal consequences have become problematic for the Biden administration. Her proposed solution, however, is rather remarkable.

In this interview discussing the skyrocketing inflation and consequences created by the Green New Deal policies, Gina McCarthy urgently begs all of the social media companies to start removing the content from American people who are giving real world examples of the pain and economic hardship they are feeling. McCarthy says that if social media do not start to help Joe Biden hide the pain, the climate change agenda might be at risk.

Covid, climate change, election security... somehow the answer is always censorship. Why is that?

2022 fraud warning signs in Maricopa County, AZ

Gateway PunditAccording to sources within the Maricopa County GOP, the County Chairwoman has refused requests by the AZGOP to appoint one or more early ballot challengers before the 2022 Primary Election in Arizona.

How can this be lawful?

The AZGOP recently became aware that County GOPs have not used their power to appoint early ballot challengers, according to a letter asking County Chairmen to make these appointments before the next election. These challengers are different from regular poll watchers. They are tasked with challenging early ballot signatures according to the Arizona Secretary of State’s Signature Verification Guide.

Republican officials in that county seem very comfortable with fraud.
